Wild Bakery is a husband & wife baking team with an affinity for wild yeasts and pastries! Our specialties include sourdough breads and amazing French macarons. We change up our flavors often and love doing a mix of classic flavors as well as unique and one of a kind specialty flavors. All of our breads are made with very limited ingredients along with our 6 year old homemade sourdough starter that adds an incredible flavor profile to our baked goods. Our macarons are the result of a year long quest to develop the perfect macaron recipe. They are delicately soft with an incredible depth of flavor in each bite. Check back often as we are constantly working on new recipes and treats to offer! :)
