Our head bakers started experimenting with gluten-free recipes in 1984 to support family dietary restrictions, and pretty soon we got really excited about rising to the challenge of home-baked goodness without the gluten. Since our early days in the kitchen, it has been our passion to experiment with clean ingredients to create allergen-free combinations that delight with uncompromised taste. After much encouragement from family and friends who started eating gluten-free by choice, we opened up our bakery to the public in 2003, making ours the first gluten-free commercial bakery in Colorado!
