Description

This dark, rich linguini features the flavors of two wild mushrooms: porcini and bolete. Earthy, intense and refined, this makes for a meal with panache. Drizzle with Asian with a Hint of Ginger Dipping Oil, White Truffle Oil, or Basil Parmesan Olive Oil. Toss with fresh peas and other grilled vegetables, or use as a bed for steak to create a unique and hearty dish.
Directions: Place pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water and cook 3 to 5 minutes*: less time for “al dente” or more time for a softer noodle. Drain pasta in a colander, place back into hot pot, toss in your favorite ingredients and serve immediately.
*Cook time varies depending on altitude
