Tapas Tuesday and Cheese Please – Live cheese making class on the farm
Fee covers all ingredients, supplies and equipment for 2-3 people. Class duration is 2-3 hours long. Classes are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different date if an email is sent 48 hours prior to the start of class. All ingredients are locally sourced.

Curious about how to make cheese? We will make cheese in less than an hour. There are so many different dishes you can create using these freshly made cheeses, but we will focus on making the homemade cheese, and creating a delicious cheese and charcuterie platter to enjoy during class. Farmer’s cheese and fresh cheddar cheese curds will be taught.
Our list of ingredients come from our farm, or farms in the surrounding area. Every recipe will be yours to take home, and you all dishes will be shared at the end of class. Weather permitting, we will enjoy the delicious results of our class sitting outside with a lake view. Please bring take-home containers if you would like to take home extras. Price includes all recipes, instructions, supplies and equipment. Non-alcoholic drinks are provided.
