We use this stuff for every owie in the house. Scrapes, burns, cuts, slivers, eczema, dry or cracked skin, etc. I included some of the benefits of the herbs I use below:
Nettle Leaf – accelerates the healing process of wounds and burns, helps with skin allergies, heals eczema. gives relief in joint pain and arthritis.
Mullein Leaf – Mullein is applied to the skin for wounds, burns, hemorrhoids, bruises, frostbite, and skin infections (cellulitis). The leaves are used topically to soften and protect the skin
Sea Buckthorn Berries – This is helpful for inflammatory skin conditions like eczema, rosacea, and even acne.
Calendula Flowers – Calendula oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that make it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema, and relieving diaper rash. It’s also used as an antiseptic.
Yarrow leaf – yarrow can be used to treat wounds, including moderate burns. It can be applied topically for any condition of acute bleeding, especially from cuts and abrasions.
Licorice Root – For centuries, Licorice root has been used to treat a wide variety of inflammatory skin conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis and other conditions characterized by inflammation and itch.
