Chestnut Mushroom

Chestnut mushrooms have a very fresh, woodsy, smell to them. They have a rustic, nutty, mildly sweet flavor. The texture of the cap is meaty while the texture of the stem is snappy, similar to cooked asparagus.  Products sold per ounce.
