Featured Vendor Spotlight: Agustina’s Mexican Foods

Grandma Agustina Godinez was a well-known chef right here in Fort Collins in the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s. Agustina was head chef at El Burrito Mexican Restaurant for decades. Although El Burrito is still alive after 60 years in business, Agustina has several recipes that are not on the menu. This is where Agustina’s Mexican Foods comes in. Established in 2012 by granddaughter and native of Fort Collins, Agustina’s is able to share more family recipes one meal at a time. Starting with flavored tortillas and homemade salsas that are always made fresh daily.

Agustina’s is a local farmers market favorite, and will continue to provide the FoCo community with deliciously made foods. Choose from four flavors of tortillas: White, Jalapeno, Red Chili, Whole Wheat; and four flavors of salsas: Mild, Hot, Extra Garlic, Tomatillo. All available through the NOCO Virtual Farmers Market for pick-up or doorstep delivery.

Fort Collins has always been a supportive community to the locally owned, family-run businesses. We are FoCo proud!

Though I live in Colorado Springs and have never had the pleasure of trying out their food, it looks great and it was a lot of fun reading about Augustina’s! And the photos are adorable! How wonderful to have a family business with multiple generations.

      Hello Sandra,
Their food is very fresh, salsas made to order with high quality ingredients and the tortillas not only a bargain, but can be used in a variety of recipes. If you are interested in ordering reach out, we’d be happy to figure out a way to get these amazing fresh foods out to you.
